How to find small companies prospects using Facebook

Pretty simple, but complety underused. You can use the same trick of using Linkedin to find prospects in a premium account on facebook. Yes small companies in certain part of the world, don’t even have a website. We saw it a lot in less developped countries in Latin America and Africa. That doesn’t mean that they don’t deserve any of your intention!

We have noticed that often companies phone number of small companies are not up to date on their webiste but is on their Facebook page. We think it’s crazt but that just the way some business work.

Ok, let’s dig into into it.

Let’s say that you are looking for security companies in Costa Rica (pretty specific hein:)

Just Google:

site:facebook.com Security Guard Service costa rica

“Securit Guard Service” is a business category on Facebook. You can find the entire list here It’s a long list and you can be crazy specific. Textile museum anyone? Costa Rica is the country.

That search will give you a list of businesses on Facebook related to your search. Some businesses might not be on Linkedin or anywhere else. So, if you are prosepcting hard and wide like we have been doing for the last 10 years at OZAPATO just don’t  skip just yet old Facebook.
